The content may be edited and reused in the artistic judgment of Pade.io. Hate speech and illegal activities are forbidden. All users are strongly encouraged to act civilly toward one another.
Passwords
You are responsible to keep your password(s) secure, and you agree not to disclose your passwords to any third party. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your user names and accounts, including any sub-accounts. If you lose your password(s) or the encryption keys for any of your Company products or Services, the Company may not be able to assist you in recovering any associated data or information. Pade.io provides you with the opportunity to receive special offers, products and/or services from other third-party companies. SMS and Wireless Policies:

The TCPA and the FCC’s rules regulate many text messages sent to a mobile phone using an autodialer. SMS and Wireless:
To opt-out and remove your SMS information by sending “STOP”, “END”, “QUIT” to the SMS text message you have received. If you remove your SMS information from our database it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by us or third parties to send promotional correspondence to you.

Pade.io reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice at the Website that we are changing our Privacy Policy. If the manner in which we use personally identifiable information changes, we will notify users by posting the changes on this Website. Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising out of, or concerning the relationship between us and you will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules for commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association, with any hearing to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Any action brought against us will be by the Customer in its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Updates
We may update the terms of the privacy policy upon 7 day’s notice by notification through the home page of the site or other means. If you do not agree to updated terms, please do not continue to use the site.
